What services do you offer?
1
The Village Perinatal Program offers a fully virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to support individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period experiencing moderate to high mental health needs.
Services include structured group therapy (3 days per week, 3 hours per day), integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and attachment-based interventions. The program focuses on emotional regulation, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma processing, identity transitions, and strengthening the parent-infant bond.
Participants receive comprehensive care including intake assessments, individualized treatment planning, ongoing clinical monitoring, and coordination of care with outside providers (OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and therapists).
The program also incorporates psychoeducation on perinatal mental health, relational support, and practical coping tools to improve daily functioning, increase stability, and reduce risk of higher levels of care.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
The Village IOP is typically designed as a 6–8 week course of care. We ask for a minimum commitment of 2 weeks and then “step down” clients to 2 or 1 day of group depending on their progress. Research and clinical experience show that this timeframe supports meaningful stabilization, skill development, and lasting change. Length of stay may be adjusted based on individual needs and clinical recommendations.
The Village was intentionally designed around the real lives of mothers.
Our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program meets in the morning, allowing you to receive focused support without taking over your entire day. Many participants share that once they begin, these structured hours actually help the rest of their week feel more steady, manageable, and supported. Early symptom relief, practical tools, and shared connection often reduce the mental and emotional load they’ve been carrying alone.
Screening Calls are free and include:
A brief demographics form
Standardized perinatal mental health screening tools
A collaborative conversation about care options and next steps
Completion of a screening call does not guarantee admission, as clinical appropriateness and availability are carefully assessed.
YES! The Village was intentionally designed around the real lives of mothers.
The Village is intentionally mother-centered, recognizing the physical, emotional, and relational needs of the perinatal period. Because our program is virtual, we support mothers in finding realistic and compassionate ways to care for themselves while remaining connected to their baby. Your clinician can help you navigate what participation looks like within your unique circumstances.
